Purpose
Religious, educational and charitable: maintaining a place of Buddhist worship, offering free teachings and meditation to the public, and serving the community through free meals, volunteer service and charity events.
Who we serve
The monastery is open to the public. Teachings, meditation, ceremonies and community meals are offered free of charge to anyone who comes, regardless of background, faith or ability to give.
How donations are used
The monastery is sustained by the generosity of its community. Gifts pay for the upkeep of the monastery, free community programs and meals, and the renovation of our new, larger location.
